By creating an account or using ebazaar you agree to these terms.
1. What ebazaar is
ebazaar is an online marketplace where people and businesses publish ads and contact each other. Unless an ad says it is sold by the official ebazaar store, ebazaar is not the seller, does not own the items and is not a party to the deal between buyer and seller.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older and give true information.
- Keep your password and codes private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Business accounts must have the right to act for the business they represent.
3. Ads and content
- Ads must be honest, describe a real item or service you have the right to sell, and use photos you own or are allowed to use.
- Prohibited: illegal items and services, weapons, drugs, stolen or counterfeit goods, adult content, items that infringe others’ rights, misleading or duplicate ads, and anything banned by UAE law.
- We review ads and may reject, edit the category of, or remove any ad, and may suspend accounts that break these rules.
- You let ebazaar show your ads and business content in the app, website and our promotions while they are published.
4. Dealing with other users
Check items and sellers before paying. Never send money in advance to people you do not know, and meet in safe public places. Block suspicious users from the chat menu and report them to support@ebaazars.com.
5. Fees
Posting basic ads is free. Paid features (such as featured ads or business plans) will show their price before you buy.
6. Liability
ebazaar is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for items, payments or disputes between users, or for losses caused by them.
7. Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
